Here are step-by-step instructions for enabling and selecting closed captioning (including translated captions) for all major platforms: Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS. These steps are based on Zoom's current interface and public support guidance.

Windows & Mac (Zoom Desktop App)
1. Join the Meeting or Webinar.
2. On the meeting toolbar, click the Show Captions or CC (Closed Caption) button.
3. To change the caption language (if the host has enabled translated captions):
o Click the up arrow (^) next to the Show Captions or CC button.
o Select Translation Language or Caption Settings.
o Choose your preferred language from the list.
4. Captions will now appear in your selected language.

Android (Zoom Mobile App)
1. Join the Meeting or Webinar.
2. Tap the More (...) button in the meeting controls.
3. Tap Show Captions or Closed Caption.
4. To change the caption language (if available):
