Looking ahead to the next decade, do you think AI will create more jobs than it eliminates?
Artificial intelligence is already changing many industries. Some people believe AI will eliminate millions of jobs, while others believe it will create entirely new careers and opportunities.

I think AI will create more jobs overall, but the transition could be painful. History shows that new technologies usually create opportunities we couldn't imagine beforehand.
The challenge is that people may need retraining before they can move into the new roles.

I'm less optimistic. Many office jobs involve repetitive tasks, and AI is becoming good at those tasks very quickly.
Even if new jobs appear, there is no guarantee that displaced workers will have the skills needed to fill them.

I think the impact will vary by industry. Healthcare, education, and skilled trades may adopt AI differently than banking or customer service.
The bigger question might be how governments and employers help workers adapt.

One concern is that AI could increase inequality. People with technical skills may benefit the most, while others struggle to keep up.
Society should be discussing this now rather than waiting until the effects become obvious.
